My wife and I were not sure getting a new car was the right decision for us. We both agreed to go take a look at the local car lots and see how we felt. Within 5 mins of our arrival, an employee approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. I explained we likely would not be buying anything today and just wanted to look around. With a smile, he shook my hand and told us where to find him if we needed anything. There was no pressure, and honestly, it was the first time I was on a car lot where I didn't feel unwelcome without a checkbook in my hand. We eventually saw a truck we were interested in and I found the employee we spoke with earlier. He actually was right where he said he would be, I had just forgotten what he said. I told him we were interested in a test drive, not because we wanted to buy, but to see if we liked the feel of the vehicle type. He happily obliged us and, almost as if excited himself to try out the truck, grabbed the keys. It was great to see someone enjoying their job and excited to help us. After the drive I explained we hadn't done enough research to commit to anything yet. I said we would be back the next day. He shook my hand and wished us both a good day. There wasn't an ounce of pressure or frustration. It was like he was just happy to have helped us. After lunch, my wife and I revisited the dealership and said we would like to commit to buying the truck. He greeted us with the same positive and helpful mindset. The process was simple and straight forward. It really was a great purchasing experience. Yes, this is a car dealership, but they focus on customer satisfaction, not selling cars. They have more than earned my business and recommendations in the future!
