I have been a customer for many years , but Karl and Tony went way above and beyond this time! My water pump went out Friday evening. I contacted the service department Saturday morning when they opened. Tony and Karl arranged for a tow immediately, and had my vehicle repaired and ready to go by Noon on Saturday! Towed and repaired in less than 4 hours! ON A SATURDAY! UNBELIEVABLE! I'll be a customer for life!

It had the right car for me, at the right price. I had a mostly positive experience with Gunnar. I say mostly positive because during sale process he was great. About a week later, he didn’t return my call when I left a message. When I came in the next day, to finalize my purchase and bring the title to my trade-in; I asked for him; but he spoke through another Sales guy and didn’t come up front. He very well may have been busy, but I felt like “I sold you the car, now see ya.”
