Not sure what service completed on my car. Was the oil changed/recall completed???‍♀️ I had to call them to check to see if my car was ready to pick up.? I Dropped my SUV off at 755a I know they closed at 4p per the website but they close at 1p.? A Very nice gentlemen help me get my car keys ?? ??becuz when I arrived service was closed. ??‍♀️effective communication is the key to good customer service, ?over all good team with minor adjustments needed. ?

Dropped Terrain off for oil change and screw in tire-- Jason, as always took care of the items on my list. Picked my car up and dropped my sons off for no heat-- Jason got the car taken care of that day when they thought it might not be ready until the next day!

Ray Skillman offers a wide range of vehicles in stock which is the original reason I visited more than 3 years ago. Since then I’ve leased two vehicles from this dealership, and consider RS my first choice when it comes to vehicles, especially GMC. My most recent lease was arranged with Dakota Rogers. An interesting note: before visiting the dealership, I spent considerable time online at Ray Skillman.com researching 2019 Terrains with the features I wanted in a new suv. One particular 2019 Terrain SLT always appeared as my choice from the inventory. It ticked all the boxes on my wish list. This company has definitely changed from years ago when I swore I would never go back there. I decided to take a chance when I saw a Cascada I loved and I must say it was worth it. Everyone is super polite and nice and it seems like they care about the customer and their needs instead of the company owner and what he wants. I appreciate the customer service they now have and would recommend everyone to try out the new Ray Skillman.

There was no prob getting me a car and the service was pretty decent. About a month after I had the car I was in accident and sent it to the shop for repair. I’ve been without a car for a month now and they keep adding time to it with the same story. They don’t give out rentals so I’m stuck paying for rides to and from work. Not very pleased
