Beware: bait and switch! We found a great deal online for a 2025… got an offer sent to us… called to confirm a test drive and to make sure the car was there… drove 90 minutes one way to get there. Immediately they say that the price we have an offer on is to low, and that they can only sell a 2016 at that price. Beware!!

The worst service center experience I have ever had at any dealership. Original estimate work I needed done was 200-300 and they charged me 1300. They lied and charged me for parts and labor and replaced things I did not need replaced just to increase the amount of the transaction and it cost me an additional $600. They are unethical and unprofessional. Avoid getting service from this location at all costs
Got the job done and have the new key FOB replaced. One little issue the time taken was a little long compared to what I was told 45 min. compared to nearly 2 hours with no explanation.

I purchased a 2023 Hyandai Kona in early September 2024 my check engine light came on and determined that it was the purge valve well needless to say they will not cover to replace what's the point of warranty if you don"t cover it. they say that someone has replaced it before well it was'nt me i'm 70 years old what reason would I be under the hood. The service manager declined P O for repairs. I will never purchase another vehicle from Ray Skillman and I am letting everyone know not to purchase from them
