I purchased a 2023 Hyandai Kona in early September 2024 my check engine light came on and determined that it was the purge valve well needless to say they will not cover to replace what's the point of warranty if you don"t cover it. they say that someone has replaced it before well it was'nt me i'm 70 years old what reason would I be under the hood. The service manager declined P O for repairs. I will never purchase another vehicle from Ray Skillman and I am letting everyone know not to purchase from them

I have been a customer for many years , but Karl and Tony went way above and beyond this time! My water pump went out Friday evening. I contacted the service department Saturday morning when they opened. Tony and Karl arranged for a tow immediately, and had my vehicle repaired and ready to go by Noon on Saturday! It had the right car for me, at the right price. I had a mostly positive experience with Gunnar. I say mostly positive because during sale process he was great. About a week later, he didn’t return my call when I left a message. When I came in the next day, to finalize my purchase and bring the title to my trade-in; I asked for him; but he spoke through another Sales guy and didn’t come up front. He very well may have been busy, but I felt like “I sold you the car, now see ya.”
